We’re looking to add seasoned HVAC Technicians and Sheet Metal Installers to our Team!

HVAC Tech Key Responsibilities include:
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other contractors and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Experience Required:
* 5+ years of field experience,
* EPA Certification & NH or ME gas licenses,
* Clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
**Up to $100k starting pay, depending on experience**
Sheet Metal Installer Key Responsibilities include:
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal according to specifications.
• Install sheet metal components, including ducts, vents, and roofing materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Secure joints and seams using fasteners or adhesive methods.
• Ensure installations meet safety codes and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair sheet metal components as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including HVAC technicians and construction professionals.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor environments.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Experience Required:
* 2+ years of field experience,
* Clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
**$20-25 starting pay, depending on experience**
