Qualified Licensed HVAC Technician Should Have:
● 4+ years’ experience in HVAC field
● Associate degree in HVAC Technology or related field or equivalent HVAC related trade Journeyman program.
● At least two years of this experience should involve a leadership role in an HVAC trade related working team.
● EPA certification
● NH Gas Fitters License
● Other trade related certifications a plus
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Licensed HVAC Technician Duties To Include:
● Ability to install, maintain and repair a variety of equipment brands.
● Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
● Professionally communicate clearly with customers and assist with queries.
● Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems.
● Clean, adjust and repair systems, as well as perform warranty services.
● Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
● Provide technical direction and on-the-job training. Training junior team members, setting an example for junior team members to follow.
● Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
● Quote repairs & replacements on site
● Ensure compliance with appliance standards with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
● Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
● Meet local HVAC/R codes
